Chief Operations & Financial Officer

Bottom-line accountability for a private label and contract beverage manufacturer with over $110M in annual revenue; responsible for a $105M operation budget and 250+ employees across multi-functional areas. Provided internal change management and standardization (as COO) and financial strategy and transaction positioning (as CFO). Implemented multi-department budget variances for Executive Flash reports, as well as a $1M Capex budget.
